When you get in touch

The contact links open your email app. If you send a message, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use these to answer your enquiry and discuss Posa with you. Please send a short introduction rather than model photos, client records or private agency exports.

Mail arrives in our Google Workspace inbox. Resend is configured for Posa’s outgoing email. This website does not subscribe you to a mailing list or use your message to create an agency account.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use PostHog in its EU cloud to understand which public pages people visit and which links they use. Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” leaves the website and comp-card maker available.

We record page paths and named actions, such as opening a workflow page or clicking the email contact link. An email-link click does not tell us that you sent a message. We do not record form contents, email addresses, comp-card names, photos, canvases, session recordings or private CRM activity. Analytics does not include URL query strings, fragments or the full referring URL. PostHog receives the network connection needed to process an event; we disable IP-based location enrichment.

We store your choice in your browser under posa_analytics_consent_v1. If you allow analytics, a random browser identifier is stored under posa_analytics_id_v1. Neither is created to identify you by name. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting removes the analytics identifier and stops future events from this website.

Photos in the comp-card maker

The free comp-card maker processes your chosen photos and details in your browser. It does not upload them to Posa or PostHog. Exported files download to your device. Keep your own copies before closing or refreshing the tool.

Website hosting

The public site is hosted on our Hetzner infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare. These services process network information needed to serve and protect the website. The public website does not expose the agency CRM or its records.

Your information and choices

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed for the conversation and any agreed follow-up. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your correspondence, or to raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. We will review your request and explain any information we need to keep. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection regulator.
