+ 0.5% Posa payment fee
On successful gross payments collected through Posa.
Posa’s model and talent agency software has two approved monthly plan prices. Compare the subscription and Posa payment fee, then agree the wider offer before your agency rolls out.
Published launch prices in GBP. Paid subscriptions and client collections are not open.
GBP · applicable taxes excluded
A deposit and final balance are considered separately, using each amount actually collected.

Separate on both plans
The approved difference is the monthly subscription and Posa payment-fee rate. Plan allowances and service inclusions still need agreement; neither price promises unlimited use.

Stripe processing fees remain separate.
Both subscriptions exclude applicable taxes. These are approved launch prices, not a checkout or an active subscription.
The agency pays Posa’s fee. It does not reduce the amount recorded as the client’s payment towards the corresponding invoice or collection.
| Payment situation | How the Posa fee applies |
|---|---|
| Successful collection through Posa | Use the successful gross amount, including any tax in that collection, and the plan/rate applying to that payment. |
| Deposit, then final balance | Apply the fee to each captured amount. Do not charge it again on the full booking value or when the tax invoice is issued. |
| Failed, pending or cancelled attempt | No Posa payment fee. |
| Money collected outside Posa | No Posa payment fee. Importing a manually recorded external bank receipt does not turn it into a Posa collection. |
| Bank payment through Posa’s Stripe flow | It can be eligible. The payment route matters; “bank transfer” alone does not establish whether a fee applies. |
| Refund of the original payment | The policy returns the original Posa fee proportionately. A full refund returns the full original Posa fee. Stripe’s own fee and refund treatment is separate. |
Check how the money was actually collected. A manual bank receipt or an imported historical payment stays an external collection and incurs no Posa payment fee. A paid label does not prove a new collection happened through Posa.
Client payment, invoice allocation and agency expenses need their own records. The future payment service must check provider results before treating a collection, fee or refund as completed; collections are not live today.
The policy requires each payment to retain its plan, rate, pricing-policy version, charge amount/currency and fee amount. A later plan change applies to future payments; the original payment keeps its fee and refund terms.
Each fee is rounded to the transaction currency’s smallest supported unit. Individual rounded fees can differ slightly from applying a percentage to a monthly total. Country, currency and provider eligibility need checking before a payment is created.
For partial refunds, the policy calculates the total fee refund due so far against the original fee, then deducts fee refunds already confirmed. A final full refund returns any remaining rounding penny. Partial captures, disputes and plan changes still require provider and accounting review before live operation.
A subscription price and a collection rate do not describe every cost or service. Use your agency’s real requirements to agree these points before relying on a plan.
Agree seats, active and archived talent, original media and storage, and email allowances. No approved allowance or unlimited-use promise is attached to these prices.
Agree training, onboarding, support channels and response expectations. Migration and agency-website services need their own scope and charges; inclusion has not been agreed.
Agree trial availability, cancellation, retention and a useful export route. No trial, annual discount, fee cap, alternative subscription currency or support SLA has been approved.
Consider the subscription, eligible successful collections, per-payment rounding, Stripe’s processing charges, applicable taxes and any separately agreed services. The private staff preview saves linked agency drafts. The wider booking, collection and accounts journeys are product designs; paid plans and client payments are not available to activate here.
Read the preview information for the current access and saved-draft boundary. It is not an order or a demo booking form.
Explore invoices and talent statements, including why a request is different from verified money.
The comp-card maker works in your browser today. Using it does not activate an agency plan.
The approved policy gives a basis for evaluation. It does not mean a payment or refund service is running.
No. Stripe processing is separate on Starter and Scale, including when Scale’s Posa payment fee is 0%. Provider account setup, eligible countries/currencies and fee responsibility must be agreed before live collections.
It applies to the successful gross amount collected through Posa, including any tax in that payment. It does not apply again to the full booking value or invoice issuance. Subscription prices themselves exclude applicable taxes.
A plan change affects future payments. Earlier payments keep their original plan/rate and refund terms. The policy refunds the original Posa fee in proportion to refunded client money, accounts for fee refunds already confirmed and returns the full original fee on a full refund. Live charge and refund execution is not available.
No. Paid subscriptions and collections are not open, and trial terms have not been approved. You can read the private-preview information, explore the workflow designs and use the separate free comp-card maker.
Those inclusions have not been agreed. Seats, storage/media, email, training, support, migration and website-service scope must be settled before an agency rollout. Neither plan price implies unlimited use.
