The booking changes. Keep the agreement clear.

Bookings and confirmations in Posa’s model and talent agency software are designed to bring the people, dates and terms into one review, with a clear next step when something changes.

What changed?

Earlier proposal · version 1

Thursday 12 November

Original people, date and proposed terms stay in the earlier version. Maya’s availability reply related to this Thursday.

Current proposal · version 2

Friday 13 November

The client asks to move the shoot. Both people’s availability and the revised terms need review.

A changed date needs a new answer.

A reply or agreement for version 1 must not appear as acceptance of version 2.

One current proposal. A history you can follow.

A booking brings several decisions together. The client’s preferred people, talent availability and proposed fees all matter, but none should quietly stand in for the others.

  1. Keep the enquiry and package linkedStart from the original brief and reviewed client choices. Leave out unselected alternatives, and keep unanswered details visible.
  2. Review the actual jobCheck each person, work date, location, hours, fees, currency and usage. Resolve competing options before treating the job as ready.
  3. Agree a particular versionThe intended confirmation journey asks people to review the current terms, while keeping the earlier version readable if details change.
  4. Prepare the day’s detailsOnce the booking terms are agreed, prepare the relevant call sheet. Changed calls or work details need their own review with the people affected.

Friday is a new proposal.

Juniper’s fictional studio job started as a Thursday shoot with Maya and Nia. The client’s request to move it to Friday changes the question the agency must put to both people.

What if the date or one of the people changes after agreement?

Keep the earlier agreement with the version it covered. Make the changed date or person clear, review the affected availability and terms, and ask for a fresh decision on the revised booking. An earlier acceptance must not silently apply to work someone has not reviewed.

If Juniper replaces Nia with Sam, Sam needs an availability check and their own proposed terms. Nia’s earlier involvement stays in history; it does not count as Sam’s agreement. Live agreement and amendment handling remain part of the future confirmation service.

Save the draft. See what comes next.

The private staff workspace saves agency-linked booking drafts with talent, client, enquiry and package references. Access follows live agency membership, and conflicting edits need review. The full confirmation and production journey shown here remains a design preview.

The separate free comp-card maker produces a card in your browser. It does not confirm a job, publish talent or grant usage rights.

Check the moment a draft becomes a decision.

Use one representative booking, then change one meaningful detail. A useful walkthrough should make the next action clear at both moments.

Can you trace the job?

Find the original client enquiry, package and chosen people from the booking draft. The story should remain intact as the job moves forward.

Can you see what is unresolved?

Missing fees, unknown location or unanswered availability should stay visible. A polished document must not make incomplete terms look agreed.

Can you explain a changed version?

Compare the earlier proposal with the latest date or person. Identify who needs a fresh review and which earlier decisions still belong in history.

Before you call it confirmed.

Clear answers about drafts, agreements and the information people need on the day.

Is a saved booking draft a confirmed job?

No. A draft keeps the people and details together for review. It does not establish that availability, fees, usage or any other terms have been agreed, and saving it sends no confirmation.

Can Posa send or sign confirmations today?

The private staff preview does not send confirmations or collect signatures. The document and version journey shown here are product designs that need a working confirmation service, secure access for recipients and a connected signature provider before live use.

How do call sheets fit with confirmations?

The confirmation covers the agreed booking terms. A call sheet gives the relevant people practical work details such as the address, call time and contacts. The design keeps person and day details together, with fresh review when those details change; live call-sheet delivery is not complete.

Does confirming a job mean it has been paid?

No. Booking agreement, invoice issuance and payment are separate events. Finance screens are prototypes; this preview does not issue invoices, collect money or make talent payments.
