A Mediaslide alternative. A considered next step.

A software change should keep the agency moving. Compare Mediaslide’s published scope with Posa’s model and talent agency software, then map what your team would need from a future handover.

Read capability and readiness together. A published provider feature and a Posa design preview are different stages of delivery.

The move is part
of the product choice.

A booking system holds more than your current board. Decide how obligations and history remain usable before changing the place you work.

Mediaslide’s published strength

The offer includes a managed setup and migration. Ask for the exact records, media and historic accounts included in your written scope, plus how exceptions will be handled.

That is provider-published scope, not an independently verified migration result.

Posa’s opportunity and limit

The connected design keeps client, enquiry, package and booking context together. Its staff foundation already saves linked drafts with access and revision checks. A complete operational handover, including records, files and money, is future work.

The wider agency day

Calendar, confirmations and finance journeys remain frontend prototypes. Live accounting, payments, signatures, WhatsApp, marketing, migration and public portfolios are not complete. Native apps are not built.

A few useful answers.

For agencies weighing a change, and people who simply need a comp card today.

Does Mediaslide publish prices?

Yes. Its official Spanish pricing page lists model-agency plans per user and per month with a one-year contract, excluding tax. Check the linked terms and your chosen options directly with the provider.

Is migration to Posa included?

No migration service is available yet, and no migration allowance is approved in Posa’s launch prices. The checklist here helps define a future scope; it does not book or initiate a transfer.

Will Posa handle our accounts and statements?

The wider finance journey is a prototype. Xero and QuickBooks Online have been chosen as provider directions, but live integrations, fiscal issuance, collections and settlement are not complete.
